Safeer is Arabic for envoy.
An envoy carries something on someone else's behalf — and represents who sent it. That is the relationship between a store, a delivery company and the customer at the door, and it is the one this product exists to keep straight.
Why we built it
Delivery operations in Jordan and Egypt still run on a phone, a paper note and a group chat. The money is counted at the end of the week, and the question of what is missing is settled between people who are trying to do their jobs. Safeer puts the orders, the map, the driver's record and the ledger in one place, so the question becomes a report instead of an argument.
What we believe
Operations before dashboards
A screen earns its place by helping somebody act — assign, call, confirm, collect — not by looking impressive in a meeting.
Money must be exact
Every amount is a decimal, every balance is a sum of the ledger, and nothing is edited in place. A driver and a store can both point at the same entry.
Bilingual from the first line
Arabic and English are two first-class languages, not a translation pass at the end. The direction, the typography, the numbers and the PDFs are built for both.
Where we are
Built in Amman, for stores and delivery companies in Jordan and Egypt.
